The Problem
Active Engagement, a humanitarian development consulting firm, didn’t have a website. As their cross-continental team grew, they needed a central digital home — a place to send warm leads, showcase their expertise, and build credibility with global partners.
The only asset they had was a text-heavy PDF: no images, no structure, and a dense layout that made it hard to read — especially for busy decision-makers. It wasn’t doing their work justice and made it difficult for interested leads to quickly understand their value.
My Approach
I transformed their static PDF into a clean, engaging website with a clear narrative and a streamlined contact flow.
Simple, credible design: I crafted a minimal, human-centered UI that clearly communicated their mission, services, and team experience — without overwhelming users.
Page flow that tells a story: I structured the site to reflect the user journey — from learning about who they are, to what they do, and how to get in touch.
